A. All tenants need to complete an application form from Homelet referencing agency.

Q. What is the duration of the contract?
A. You sign an Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement which is for 12 months with a 6 month break clause.

Q. Will there be any other charges?
A. There is a administration fee (One Weeks rent charge) to cover any referencing charges, contracts, inventories, obtaining proof of income, previous landlord references etc...
