- What
is your scale of commission charges?
This varies depending what grade of service
you require, Letting only, Introduction
only? or full Property Management Service.
Our Commission charges range from 10%
to 15% (plus vat)
- We do have a one time setup administration
fee (One weeks rent plus vat) This is
to cover the administration for, Contracts,
Inventory schedules, Setup charges for
bank instructions, letters to utility
service providers and companies etc...
- When
do we get paid, in advance or in arrears?
All our Landlord clients are paid by internet
banking, all payments unless where property
is with local authority, payment is paid
monthly in advance. Payments are forwarded
on a regular basis within 7 days of us
receiving the monthly payment.
- We
get to hold the deposit or is it held
with the agency?.
Our company policy is to retain the deposit,
it is held in a separate clients deposit
account, which is audited and certified
by our accountants each year. To protect
your interest and the tenants deposit,
we do have clients money protection cover
insurance policy.
